Rotary is International
Forfar Rotarian Alan Cairns accompanied by his wife Pam visited Rotarians in India. The trip to India was to see first hand the progress of the Seema’s Project but they also took time to make contact with Indian Rotary Clubs A short report was given by Alan.
“On our recent visit to India Pam we attended the Sunday morning breakfast meeting of the Rotary Club of Pune Amanora.
I exchanged Club insignia with President D.D.Mishra at the meeting. Pune Amanora is a relatively young Club so the insignia exchange with Forfar was their first.
Later on in our time in India we met with four members of the Rotary Club of Bhigwan. This Club has supported Seema's Projects on different occasions and are happy to continue their support of the children's home.
Another photo of the exchange and one of the meeting with the Bhigwan Club members.”
