Forfar Rotary President Bill Reid welcomed Ian Wren as guest speaker to their weekly meeting. Introduced by Rotarian Harold Jackson Ian gave an insight to the work of HorseBackUK a charity that assists ex servicemen on their recuperation.

The use of horses and their care is a useful bond giving those with horrific injuries and or mental trauma a purpose in life bringing back much needed confidence to overcome the feeling of worthlessness and depression. It helps a restructuring of living a life faced with barriers of the body and or mind.
