The picture tell it all when you witness this transformation at the appoach to Forfar Leisure centre and Caravan Park. A drab and uninteresting piece of  ground has been turned into an area where locals and visitors can find a small garden to be proud of.

Forfar Rotary Club presented a cheque for £250.00 to "Forfar in Flower". This group of public spirited individuals have given up many hours to achieve a better environment for the people of Forfar and their work is to the benefit of the whole community. Their achievments are already having a positive impact in the town and they have plans in the pipeline to continue to improve areas around the town that are dormant and in need of in their words "tidied up"

This is another example of Forfar Rotary's pledge to continue to provide local support from its fundraising events. Monies were also provided by representative Avril Millar of Criminal Justice and by the provision of Fencing from Andy Rogers representing B + M store in Forfar
