An unusually small number of Rotarians attended the weekly meeting but those who did were treated to an excellent presentation by Mary Ballantyne of the Angus Cardiac Group. The self-help group has a membership of around 300 and is open to anyone affected by cardiac disease, be they sufferers, carers, or relatives., Self-help meetings are held in Arbroath, Forfar and Montrose and feature exercise programmes, expert speakers, and general advice and support. Mary's talk was very upbeat and positive and was followed by a lively question and answer session. The vote of thanks was given by Rotarian Jim Kelman
