THATS ASDA PRICE. ?? Runners of the Forfar Marafun had much to thank the Forfar... branch of Asda for by quenshing their thirst. Water was already provided for by Strathmore Water but because of the extreme dehydration experieced by the contestants the original supply "dried up". In need for more the Rotary Club went to Asda for more supplies and purchased £24.00 of much needed liquid. On discovering what is was for they most generously refunded the money. This on top of the fact they had already sponsored the "Goody Bags" given out to all the competitors.

The Sun Room, 34 East High Street also held the raffle on the day and donated the £60 realised to the Rotary Marafun proceeds. Wish there were more public spirited people like her. Rotary sends its thanks.
