A Good Friday for the Club

Strathmore Primary and Forfar Rotary Feature on Radio Tay.

Forfar Rotary Club kept up the supply of reconditioned laptops and tablets this Friday and were interviewed by Callum Clarke from Radio Tay on the success of their programme with all the Schools.

The interviewees were Head Teacher Jennifer Garnes and Rotary Youth Convenor Jim McCluskey and two pupils from P7 Kara and Gabi.

President Colin Muir was there to hand over the much needed equipment all made possible in the main by the generous donations from the public. As to future supplies, it is all up to continued support from the public who have thus far responded admirably.

Callum Clarke from Radio Tay believes that they will probably be running the laptops story on Tuesday in their news reports between 6am and 1pm.
The video will also be available on their Facebook page and website so all in all it will broaden the appeal making more people aware of Forfar Rotary’s work in the community.

PS

A big thank you to Greig and Kirsten at Computerden for his generous support in the Project.
