Forfar Rotary have a Cunning Plan.

We are all aware scenes like those on the photos will not happen this year. No Santa to tour the streets and no visit to the Cross where Santa and Co. hand out the sweet and oranges and the children hand over their written requests for what they hope Santa will bring.
