A Time for Thank You’s.

This week end saw the temporary removal of the Rotary Wishing-well from the Forfar Tesco Store as they need more floor space over the festive season. Forfar Rotary Club are thankful to the Store management at Tesco who continue to give much valued assistance in our endeavours to fund raise for local and international aid.

The Forfar public have once again been generous in their support by contributing with their coinage during their shopping and it is much appreciated by the Rotary membership.

The International Committe will put to good use the latest amount, a goodly sum of

                                             £391.50.

You just need to tune in to the news and see the misery of so many suffering from natural disasters and those who need humanitarian aid caught in conflict and persecution to see the bottomless pit of cash needed .
