As announced at the meeting on the 3rd of April by Jim Kelman, members are requested to notify Gavin Drummond by email or by phone before 12.00 noon on any meeting they are not able to attend. This will assist the hotel to cater with the wide margins of attendees and prevent wastage of food. This will normally be intimated to David Stobbs once he returns from holiday.
